No one can list you faster

You can have your home in the MLS in as little as two hours. Unlike other companies, you don’t have to order and then wait for a call or email the next day. Our one step process starts when you order and gives you everything you need to complete to be listed, whether you order at midnight or 4am. You receive all the necessary Maryland forms immediately after you order, and you can complete the forms, fax them to us, and email or mail the photos and be ready to list. Note: Listing forms received after hours may take longer than 2 hours.

Cancel anytime, no long commitment

BuySelf Realty doesn’t believe in “locking in” a customer to a long listing agreement that may limit the seller’s options or flexibility. Our customers can cancel the agreement at any time. We are so confident you will like our service that we don’t need the long term “locked in” listing like the other companies. (See cancellation and refund policies for more information).

Realtors from all major companies have sold our listings

Agents are motivated to show and sell your home because they know they will receive the same or similar commission that they receive when they sell any MLS-listed home, including listings in their own office. The traditional full-priced 6-7% listing agent lists their listing in the same MLS in the same way BuySelf Realty does, and they usually offer 3% to any agent who brings the buyer that purchases the home. Agents with buyers are eager to earn that commission on their buyer and get on to the next transaction, so the more listed homes that they can take their buyer to, the better. This explains our sellers’ success, and that agents from all over nearly all of Maryland, including the DC Metro area, Annapolis, Baltimore, and Eastern Shore have shown, presented offers, and sold our listings. Offers have come in from nearly every brokerage in the marketplace, including (but not limited to): including Long & Foster®, Weichert®, Redfin®, Century 21®, Coldwell Banker®, ERA Realty®, Keller Williams Realty®, Prudential®, RE/MAX Realty®, and Realty Executives®.

You can still sell and pay no commission at closing

If you find a buyer who has not been involved with an agent in any way, there is no commission due at closing. Many of our customers find these buyers through their Realtor.com listing, the included yard sign, or other marketing efforts. When this happens, the seller doesn’t pay any commission at closing so their savings is nearly the full 6-7% fee they would have paid to a full-priced traditional agent.

Your phone number is on the listing for agents to call

The only difference between our listing and other company’s listings is that our listings instruct agents to call the seller directly to schedule a showing, ask a question about the property, or submit an offer to purchase. Click here to see an agent view MLS listing with the seller’s phone number.

Your listing looks the same as sellers who are paying 6-7%

BuySelf Realty inputs our sellers’ listing in the same MLS that other local companies in Maryland do, in the same way, with the same formats. The only commission amount that shows on the listing is the amount offered to buyer’s agents, so all the agents know is that they would earn the same commission if they sold your home as most other homes.

Your listing includes 25 color photos attached to your listing

Other companies don’t mention the number of photos you receive because they can only list one photo. The additional photos we list get your home significantly more attention–more photos attract more interest. You receive a copy of your listing to double check to make sure that all the information is correct.

Change your listing any time for free

Other companies don’t mention changes because often they will charge you to change anything in your listing. Our service includes changes free of charge. And we guarantee no hidden fees.
